- All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been received and reviewed.
- If you are placing a custom order, you will be contacted to review your request.
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
2. Shipping Methods:
- We offer standard shipping at a standard rate of $20.00 for all packages with a value of $100 or less. Packages over $100 will be charged a standard rate of $25.00. The final cost will be calculated once your order has been completed.

3. Shipping Times
- If you ordered a blanket from Bigger than the Moon inventory, your purchase will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt. Shipping times may vary based on your location.
- If you ordered a custom blanket, timing will be discussed during your initial consultation call. Your custom order will be shipped within 3 days of blanket completion and you will be notified when the package ships via email. Shipping times may vary based on your location.
4. Tracking Information:
- Tracking information is available upon request.
5. Delivery Time:
- Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier issues.
6. International Shipping:
- We do not offer international shipping.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Bigger than the Moon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, the responsibility shifts to the customer. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or provide a secure delivery location.
